Hazardous trees regularly lead to death or injury of arborists and property owners...

 To promote the safety of people and property, have an ISA Certified Arborist complete a Tree Risk Assesment to be aware of any potential problems.

What are some Immediate RED FLAGS?

Read below to learn about some of the first things I look for when I get to a property. After years in the field, these are the 3 most common tree risks that I see.

... and tree problems are no different. Removal is one way to mitigate a risk but it may not be the only way - trees are valuable, and can boost your property value up to 20%. We can always remove a dominant tree, but we can't put it back! Please consider all options before removing a dominant hardwood from your landscape.
